Art and Design

3D Animator

We are looking for an experienced and talented 3D Animator to join our studio in Bordeaux.
You will join our growing team and work on exciting games. You will work closely with other artists, producers, game designers and developers as part of an experienced team, where both your technical skills and creative vision will help to create our new fantastic mobile IP.

You will be responsible of:

  • Collaborate with Art and Design Directors to create a technically sound, engaging and memorable game
  • Working with programmers, artists and designers to implement of animations into the game
  • Testing, reviewing and iterating upon animations to tune them to the highest quality
  • Demonstrate strong key frame animation ability and able to create varied stylish animations for characters, creatures and objects

Game Designer Mobile

We are looking for a talented Game Designer to join our brand new studio in Bordeaux, France. Our small, experienced team is committed to building fresh, high-quality mobile games

As a game designer, you will define the mechanics and rules to achieve the best gaming experience in line with the design and creative intentions.

We are looking for someone who will :

  • Engage in the ideation process and produce pitchs and prototypes for new games
  • Identify and design fun and immersive gameplay mechanics
  • Provide clear formalisation of complex concepts and write clear design documentation
  • Enjoy tackling various design topics ranging from fine-tuning controls and camera to tweaking monetisation loops
  • Collaborate with developers and artists to ensure that technical, gameplay and audiovisual elements support each others
  • Strive to deliver the best game experience through iterative production, constructive criticism and creative contributions

Technical Artist

We are seeking a Technical Artist to join us working on a new IP! If you have strong tech art abilities this may be your opportunity to work on the next big franchise (Multiplayer PC– Dark Fantasy Universe).

You will be responsible of:

  • Collaborate with Art and Design Directors to create a technically sound, engaging and memorable game
  • Working with programmers, artists and designers to implement of animations into the game
  • Testing, reviewing and iterating upon animations to tune them to the highest quality
  • Demonstrate strong key frame animation ability paying particular attention to making sure animations support the fast-paced nature of the game

FX Artist

We are looking for an experienced and talented FX Artist to join our studio in Bordeaux.
You will join our growing team and work on exciting games.
You will work closely with other artists, producers, game designers and developers as part of an experienced team,
where both your technical skills and creative vision will help to create our new fantastic Multiplayer PC IP in Dark Fantasy Universe.

You will be responsible of :

  • Creat high quality in-game visual effects
  • Create and teweak real-time rendered materials
  • Work with designers, artists and programmers in order to achieve aesthetic excellence

UI Artist

We are looking for a talented UI Artist to join our studio in Bordeaux.

You will join our growing team and work on exciting games. You will work closely with other artists, producers, game designers and developers as part of an experienced team, where both your technical skills and creative vision will help to create our new IP.

You will be responsible of :

  • Develop concepts and the design of the game menus and user interfaces
  • Shape UI and menu according to game design needs and art direction
  • Assure that game information is well conveyed through the various user interfaces
  • Keep control of assets production, respecting technical constraints and optimization guideline.

Programming and Management

Unity Mobile Developer

The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with all parties involved in the creation of the game: game designer, 2D / 3D artists, animators, monetization manager, etc., from the design phase to its launch, and throughout its commercial exploitation.

You will be responsible of:

  • Develop, fix and improve game features using iterative development and fast prototyping.
  • Produce clear, maintainable, fast and portable code.
  • Happily cope with varied subjects like creating GUI, creating and fine-tuning gameplay features, or writing technical algorithms (procedural generation, AI, …).
  • Collaborate with designers and artists, providing them with tools technical support when needed.
  • Demonstrate creativity and provide constructive criticisms to help us create the best game experience.

Producer

We are looking for an experienced and talended Producer to join our studio in Bordeaux

Occupying the key position in game production process at Playwing Bordeaux studio, you will coordinate project teams to develop world-class games on PC and mobile devices for international markets.

You will take ownership of specific development areas to coordinate and track schedules, identify current and future risks, and troubleshoot communication and dependency problems.

You will be responsible of:

  • Manage a cross-functional production team in order to deliver incredibly compelling, highquality PC & mobile games
  • Plan and oversee the project, following the high-level roadmap set by the Executive Producer / Creative Director and the Leads
  • Develop high and low-level schedules, plan resources and assign them properly to ensure milestones quality, timings and goals are always respected
  • Coordinate relationship with Head Quarter Production team
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of our games, the productivity of our teams and the efficiency of our processes
  • Work hand in hand with QA to triage game issues in order to deliver a flawless game to the end-user
  • Drive updates to the game service when the game is Live
